Protected sex but complications

Three days ago I had protected sex with a stranger. She applied a condom and performed oral. We then had sex briefly. I was nervous and couldn't perform.  She removed the condom and gave me a hand job and licked her hand to lubricate my shaft and scrotum. When I was hard again she applied a new condom and we again had vaginal intercourse  for about two minutes. I could not feel anything with the condom so we stopped and I removed the condom and she left. Two days later my scrotum developed a warm and somewhat wet feeling.  Not uncomfortable but I just know its there. No burning while urinating, no visible bumps (I've stretched the skin on my scrotum out as far as I could and can't see anything) I can safely say that I AM FREAKING OUT. I'm sick to my stomach, scared and wondering how I could have now potentially destroyed an awesome marriage with a beautiful son all over a drunken mistake. The condoms were used properly and did not break but I have  read that you can get herpes just from touching her buttocks or thighs to my scrotum. Please provide some feedback if you can somI don't have a nervous breakdown!!!

Man I had a PROTECTED sex about 2 weeks ago and I noticed some bump on my pubic area!!!!!!!!! Protected or non protected sex, looks like we're gonna get STD AIDS anyways. Because of this hook-up culture nowadays, I think all those dirty STDs AIDS are spreading around like the bubonic plague!
