Reactive rectal swab?

About 2 weeks ago, I hooked up with this guy.  I performed unprotected oral and was the receptive partner for anal sex with protection . 4 days after the encounter,  the guy informs me he's symptomatic for gonorrhea  (discharge) and got tested and treated. His tests came back positive for gonorrhea (urine and urethral swabs). I  got tested the next day and accepted treatment while I waited for results.  I got the results a few days later. Urine was negative. Oral swab was reactive and so was rectal swab.  How could the rectal swab be reactive if I always use a  condom for anal sex, including this guy?How would it be possible to get it rectally??

Hi, since a condom was used for the anal it would be impossible to contract it
