need medical acvice ASAP

hi, just recently i have met this girl, in a new provence where i am living, we had intercourse about a week ago today, and we were under the influence of alcohol.

as of two or three days ago, i noticed my penis was quite itchy, so when i showered i had a little peek-a-boo, and when i looked at the underside of my penis, almost right where the head connects to the shaft, there was an area of missing skin, and i dont think its just surface skin, it hurts and get quite itchy every so often, i work a camp job and havent had my 7 days off yet, can someone please give me some information on what this could possibly be?

Hi and welcome. if you had unprotected intercourse you were at risk for contracting STD's. The most common symptom of Chlamydia is itching in the urethrea and your time zone is close to coming down with those but a little short. I would suggest having a full screening so  you can put this behind you.
The missing skin is something else and might be something you never noticed before and could be natural. Keep an eye open for a white/yellow discharge that comes out before you pee. In these cases its always best to get tested since your having somewhat symptoms with the itching.
