My thigh, testicles, some parts of the body tiggling itchy

Hi, i am worried and afraid to go see a doctor
I am male, i just had an episode with a girl i met, i was drunk, the condom burst but i just kept going for couple minutes then i ejaculated outside, the next day i checked on top of my penis there was 3 white dots in the skin part of the penis like when u dont put lotion on and the next day i saw a bit of discharge, i dont know if it was my sperm then it stopped but before all that happened, i was already feeling itchy in my thigh, groin, scrotum and between my butt cheeks, it doesnt burn when i pee, i tried to put some medical cream but it just went away for some days and then came back, during the week i started feeling itchy in the skin part of my penis until now it goes and comes back, yesterday i checked my scrotum(ball) i saw 3 hard painless blisters and even between my butt cheeks there is also one painless hard blister, i even tried to squeeze to see if its going to pop but they are hard and painless, my most concern is that this itching thing, my butt cheeks, my thigh, groin, scrotum, lower back, chest, almost the whole body, i feel that it gets worse in the night i have been scratching most of the time at night but there is no rash, fever or feeling unwell

Can someone pls tell me what it can be if its any kind of stds?because i am worried

First, not going to the doctor doesn't change the outcome. If you have an STI, you'll still have it if you don't go to the doctor.

That said, no STI symptoms appear the next day. It takes at least 2 days. The 3 white dots aren't from this encounter, if they are an STI.

The discharge might be, but it would be on the early side.

I'm not sure what you mean by sperm that stopped, but really, just go get checked. You can sit and worry, or go get checked and find out what's happening.

You are right, but what about these itching things is the one thats worry me most….
No one here can diagnose the cause of your "itching things." There are MANY possible reasons why your skin could be itching, and most of them have nothing to do with STDs. Only a medical professional can determine the cause of your itching and other symptoms, and the simple solution to all of your worries is to see a doctor, and get tested for STDs if you are concerned.
Curfew is correct - only a medical professional can tell you why you are itchy. There are many reasons, including anxiety.
