Does this sound like STD?

I received unprotected oral sex 10 days ago.  8 days ago, i began feeling a tingling sensation in the urethra.  I had to pee much more frequently, with a very weak stream.  I asked the girl 5 days after the fact whether she was infected or not, and she said no, and that she had been tested.  I obviously was relieved, and didn't think much of the irritation for 3 days after (which was the weekend). Sunday rolls around, and I begin noticing a burning/tingling again in the urethra, still with no sores or anything else.  Do you think my issue is caused by anxiety?  I really dont think it is, but many of the forums seem to suggest otherwise.

Doesn't seem like a STD. I like your username, BTW.

Sounds like anxiety as if it was gone then came back.
