do i have a urethral condition or STD?

i have had 2 sexual partners one was just one time unprotected a few days later about 3-5 days i got awful uti pain even when not peeing i felt a burning sensation and extremely uncomfortable peeing felt AWFUL it stung and would feel pressury at the end i peed blood and the doctor saw there was a lot of blood in my urine and white blood cells but no uti infection, i am 17 so when she asked about sex i got scared and said no she gave my antibiotics that did get rid of it then about a month later i had sex with another person we first used a spermicide gel after that the pain came back and i got a uti i thought i used to much and tried it again had another uti and the awful pain like the first time antibotics helped but then i didnt have sex and got another uti...we just use condoms now i was fine one time but the other i got the "uti" pain but no infecton... why does the actual infection only show up sometimes, could i possibly have an std? im scared i got it from the first person i had sex with, or maybe i caused some damage from using too much spermicide or from having sex with a uti my doctor wants to do a catheter what do my symptoms sound like? how do i ask for std testing without my mom knowing

Check to see if there's a Planned Parenthood clinic in your area. They will keep everything confidential so no one else has to know about your appointment. They do free std screenings for teens and low income patients.
