STD ?

About 3 weeks back I had unprotected sex with a lady I met for the first time (Dumb move). A few days afterwards I started noticing symptoms of rashes around my genitals (note: I had a full shave a day before my sexual encounter) and scrotum, tingling sensation in my genitals when I pee, and generally around my body and my feet, rashes on my scrotum and the tip of my penis which partly turned into a scab after healing  (likelihood of having contracted an std likely herpes is driving me crazy now)
I had a complete blood count test about 3 weeks after and the results are back. It appears all my white and red blood cells are within the normal range (Absolute Neutrophil count- 3.19, Absolute Lymphocytes count- 2.73, Absolute Monocyte Count- 0.28, Absolute Eosinophil count- 0.09, Absolute Basophil Count- 0.0, Lymphocytes- 43.3,  Neutrophils - 50.7, Monocytes 4.7, Eosinphils - 1.5, Basophils - 0.0 Red Blood Count - 4.18, MCH - 34.4. (I read that they should Lymphocytes should increase when the body is fighting a viral infection$
Am I okay ? Should I still carry out further test probably an antibody test ? Thank you.
