One week ago I  received oral sex from a prostitute. I wore a condom and the act lasted approximately fifteen seconds ( I believed she was trying to simultaneously pickpocket me and ended the encounter). Despite being fairly intoxicated I am reasonably sure  her mouth never made contact with any part of my unprotected  genitalia and I have no reason to suspect the condom broke.

Since the fourth day of this encounter I have felt some minor discomfort in the genitalia region although I have no physical signs of sores etc nor pain in urinating or penile discharge. I have had HSV 1 since childhood but as far as I am aware have never before contracted an STD.

Thank you Vance,

Do you think it possible that discomfort in such a situation is psychosomatic in nature? I am feeling great stress and guilt ( my gf returns from holiday in India in twelve days).
