SYMPTOMS

I like to thank all the doctors in this forum for helping people in need of desperate answers like me.

Back 27 days i had an encounter with a very high risk prostitute in Kenya. I had a protected oral and vaginal sex, however as i was about to ejaculate, i removed the condom so fast and careless. i touched the condom which then held my penis as i was ejaculating on her. I then rubbed sperms with toilet paper.

8 days later i had a very itchy armpit at both hands with bumps.

On day 10 i had night sweat and fever which will ignite in the evening, and lasted for 2 days only.

Nothing happened then till.....

Yesterday, i started having fever with lower abdominal pain especially on the left side, and a back pain and weakness. In the morning it is there but not as bad as in the evening, i also got night sweat.

Thanks to Teak & Vance for assuring me for not being infected with HIV. I stopped worrying completely and moved on with my life.

However the recent symptoms lead me ask this question.

My question is that is this a sign of other STD infection?

I erased your post you made 2 minutes after this one since it is the same. please read our read before posting post located under the important announcements tab on the forum for the guidelines of posting here.

this is not the doctor's forum. you have to pay to post there. if you want the opinion of a doctor, post there.

we recommend protected sex because it works! taking off the condom to ejaculate on the csw isn't a risk for you. touching the outside of the condom is not a risk either.

itchy armpits are not a sign of a std.

for males, abdominal pain typically is not a symptom of a std either. see your provider for further evaluations of your symptoms. no real reason to think these are std related.

Thanks so much Grace.

Today my situation was worse and  i was diagonised, i was having high fever and high blood pressure ( 160 which they tested twice since i am young, 23 yrs old). They checked the blood for malaria and blood count but nothing found. I then told the doc my story of a sexual encounter.

He gave some tablets to calm down and come back tomorrow to do a complete STD screen/test since the lab was closed.

I would actually want to know if STD infection come with high blood pressure, because i have never been anxious.

Also to note, I do have stretch marks recently due to sudden obesity caused by my new lazy job. but i put it out of the puzzle. If this will be the case then i could here many stories from that.

Can somebody please give me some points in my story that will determine the outcome of the STD test tomorrow.

sounds like you are spending far too much time worrying.

follow up with proper testing and go from there.

My abdominal fever still continues and i feel weakness especially at night and my body becomes hot as well. Also including mild ( not severe ) diarrhea.

Today i noticed my semen was pale yellow in color.
I wonder if this could be an STD infection.

I scheduled STD infection on 23rd this months or should i do it earlier?

Kindly,  can someone please tell me whats wrong with my semen being pale yellow in color.

once again, no real reason to think this is std related. follow up with your providers to find out what is really going on. anxiety alone can cause sweating and some of your other symptoms.

Thanks Grace.

One more answers, please.

Let me clarify my symptoms more.

Started before 3 days at day 24 after the encounter.

1) Mild fever, my body warm and hot at lower abnominal area.

2) Abdominal pain.

3) Back pain.

4) Weakness and not in the mood

5) Night sweat only at day 2

6) Sometimes i sweat during daytime.

-- At daytime, this symptoms are just okay to withstand, but in the evening it gets worse.

1) Can this be related to STD or should i see the doctor and get medicine?

2) Is there a reason to get tested?
