white itchy bumps

As of the past couple weeks i've gradually been having prickly, itchiness in a horseshoe shaped area lining the top opening of my vagina. On the skin, not inside. Just last week i've been noticing little white bumps more noticeable in clusters. Nothing painful, or able to pop, or puss filled from what i can tell. They're only TRULY noticable if i stretch the skin a little.
Should i be worried???
I practice safe sex and have only had one partner, whos other parter had not before and was clean. HELPPPP
im so scared

Give it a couple of days, see if the itchiness goes away.  If it doesn't, you need to see your doctor.

i just shaved that area to see if it would make a difference and a couple hours later i can't see much, its not as itchy and i have to really look close or stretch the skin to see anything remotely related to what i'm worried about. ????

They sound like oil glands, but they shouldn't be itchy.  I wonder if you have yeast or bacterial vaginitis, and the itch caused you to notice the bumps.

You should see your doctor.
