Blood and stds?

Do I have to worry about spreading stds through blood outside the skin?  I just mean blood from scabs outside the skin.  Or do the stds die pretty quickly like this?

I'm not sure what you mean.

Do you mean if someone you know has a cut on their hand or something?  If that's what you mean, as long as its scabbed over, you don't have anything to worry about.  The only STDs that you could get from that are HIV and hepatitis b.
