Small bumps/blisters?

I am a sexually active 26 year old Male. The last STD tests I had done were nearly a year ago. I tested Negative for everything. I started wearing long underwear last week and I noticed after a few days, I developed small, slightly itchy clear bumps in one small area on the base of my penis on one side. They popped when I showered and sting now.

I was wondering if this sounds like an STD or could it be more likely that I am not showering enough? I've been so busy lately that I have only been showering every other day, sometimes less often. I have had no other symptoms, no headache, no fever, no discharge, no pain when I urinate... just these 4 or 5 little bumps.

if it gets worse with sweating, odds are it's not herpes going on but something else.

I was tested for Herpes last year, but I have had sex since then. It gets worse when I am sweating. I'm going to get tested on Monday because I am really worried.

really hard to tell what is going on. should they get worse, or reoccur, be seen promptly for a proper work up.

also make sure herpes testing was done when you had testing done a year ago. have you had sex since then?
