Yeast infection? Or something else?

Hi
About a month and a half ago I had an encounter with a stripper. We did not have sex or oral sex but she touched her vagina for a few seconds then rubbed my penis tip for a few seconds then gave me a brief hand job before I stopped it. The day after I noticed redness on my penis and a few red dots after I masturbate. First of all I thought it was herpes but after talking to a doctor they told me I could basically rule out herpes from this and the symptoms do not sound like herpes. So I left it for a while but my penis started to get quite dry and had a few cracked lines and I also have white penile papules (which I have been told are nothing to worry about as they are normal?) I then went to a doctor and after briefly looking at my penis she said she thinks it is a yeast infection so she have me cream but after using it for a few weeks nothing has changed. I'm starting to get worried now and very worried that I have HPV. I would just like some insight on this before I head back to the doctors.
Thanks

Can't say but STD symptoms don't appear the next day, so it is not a STD.

Thanks again this is helping! Just wondering, how come I noticed symptoms on my penis the day after this encounter? There was redness and red dots on my penis the day after this even happened? Can yeast infections or any other fungal infection symptoms even appear the day after an encounter like this?

Yes it is considered a STD but I would doubt that is what you have. not sure what it could be.

Thank you Vance I thought not myself. Just wondering do you have any idea what this can be? The dry cracked lines and the penile papules? And is HPV considered as an STD?
