Sti after dry humping?

Hi everyone

Two and half months ago I had dry humping with a lady. I was fully clothed, she sat on my laps with her panty, her dress was lifted. We kissed, dry humped and I caressed her thighs for about  2 mins. She sat besides me and I caressed her thighs & vagina for 2 mins. We washed hands & used a sanitizer. I went to pee after an hour.

The next day I felt pain on head of penis. Two days later felt itchy genitals and testicular pain. Consulted doctor and given amoxyllin. Symptoms disappeared for 2 days and started again. I completed antibiotics and returned to doctor. Given doxycycline and purbac. Symptoms disappeared for 2 - 3 days and appeared again. I completed antibiotics and returned to doctor. Given cephalexin and fluconazole, still symptoms disappear and reappear. Now given metronidazole and betamox, symptoms still there. I don't have discharge or rash.

I never had any problems before. I didn't have sexual contact for 3 weeks before meeting this lady. It's almost two & half months after infection and I haven't had sexual contact. The lady has  no symptoms but says had yeast infection a year ago but was treated.

What kind of sti did I contract? How best can it be treated? Been on antibiotics for several weeks but symptoms still there only a bit better. Please help

You were fully clothed. Whatever is happening to you, it is not an STI.

Has a doctor actually examined you? Run any tests? Stop taking antibiotics without testing or exams. You don't have an STI. Find out what's actually happening.

Thank you for the response. The doctor didn't do any tests but just asked how I was feeling. I am still having the same symptoms despite taking  antibiotics.
That means it's not an infection. Something else is happening - either it's anxiety, or some kind of trauma to the area, or a physical issue.

It's not an infection, and you need to get an exam. Good luck!
Thank you so much. I will go for a medical exam

You wouldn't have gotten any sti through dry humping. You had clothes on. There was ZERO risk for a sexually transmitted disease from this.
