need help and advice

Ok about 4 to 3 months ago I visited a sex worker had sex with her 2 times protected never did my penis got close to her vagina unprotected after I got a bit anxious so I did a std test everything came back negative but I got some red dots on my penis head the doc told me it was nothing and assured me they would go away and they did but now am worried tat it was too early to show hiv test so I did another pee and blood test came back negative again but am still worried like I said all sex was protected with a condom no rip or anything like that happened

Yea should I be worried bout hiv exposure cus lately ive been having headaches and flu like symptoms
