Symptoms morning after encounter - dull ache in penis, especially testis

Hi,

Two nights ago I was had an unprotected encounter with a stranger. We made
out and rubbed up against eachother a lot, but there was no penetration. She
played with my testicles a lot, and maybe too rough.

The very next morning, (8 hours?) my penis was sore, particularly the testicles.
The dull ache comes and goes. It's not like a sharp pain, more like a discomfort.
If I manipulated them with my hands, it doesn't hurt or get any worse.
Sometimes I get a tingle in the head of my penis to, but less frequently. When
I pee, it's been very dark yellow (i drank a lot that night and have been dehydrated)
and is a little uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I'd say it burns though.

I'm really worried that it's an STD, but I feel like the symptoms started too quickly
and we never had intercourse. From what I've been reading on the web it sounds
kind of like ghonorea or maybe an ITU. I'm traveling and don't have access to a
doctor right now. Should I be worried?

STD symptoms don't show the next day and your risk overall was very very low.

Rough play can cause bruising or irritation and inflammation of the tissue.  If swelling develops consult a physician to check for tortion
