Paranoid. Please help.

4 questions. I had oral sex with a girl who I knew nothing about. We tried to have sex but I could not penetrate her vagina because I could not get aroused. We tried, I had a condom half way on. The tip of it was covered, the upper part was not. She gave me oral sex for a long time. She was in the doggystyle position but I still could not get aroused so I could not penetrate. Her vaginal fluids (a little amount) got on my penis but like I said the tip was covered if it matters. Then I decided to just leave. The next day i started feeling scared and started having uncontrollable testicle movement. I went to the hospital and tested negative for HIV and STD and went home with a diagnostic of a "testicular abnormality" . Couple days later I had sex with my pregnant gf. About 3 weeks later I had an appointment with my girlfriend and the blood test and pee test came back negative.ive noticed small itchy bumps on my  right Inner arm on the side of my bicep. They got better and worst. One day they were really itchy, I put ointment on it and the next day they were slightly gone. The A&D cream reduced the itch and bumps but they are still there sitting right on this tattoo I got about 4-5 weeks ago. Am I at risk ? Is my unborn son at risk? Is my girlfriend at risk ?? Are these itchy bumps a symptom??? PLEASE AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP !

I want to say that dont take what im saying to make your feel bad  about this testing. Its for your girls protection not yours and i believe you dont have any std BUT even a 1% risk is not worth their health.
Most often chlamydia its a mild urethra itching and a minor puss discharge.

Your test is the issue not hers. If  you tested negative you can take it out.

Hi, your arm is no issue and is not related to the affair. Since you have a regular part and shes pregnant and you had unproteced oral and semi protected vaginal, you will need the below tests for their protection as these risks did occur, how ever small.
1. Herpes-----at the 3 months mark
2. syphilis-----6 week mark
3. Gono and Chlamydia----7 days
4. HPV----there is no test for men for this.

Herpes would be the bigger risk as many people have oral hsv1 and it could get passed to your penis shaft and in turn could be passed to your girl with vaginal sex and a risk for the baby at birth as well.
