Worried Sick - Advice Required

Hi,
I'm a 25 year old male. 11 days ago I received oral unprotected sex in a shaddy massage parlour. I have a girlfriend of 6 years and this is the first ever time i have been unfaithful.
After the unprotected oral i was worried and started checking the web.
I have had no discharge or burning feelings, however my left testicle feels a dull pain on and below it. It feels as if the tube below my testicle has swollen. I dont know if this is due to me worrying so much and imagining it, or if it actually is swollen. The pain is not constant and is bareable when it does come on.
Any advice on this would be appreciated. I am worried sick, cannot sleep at night and it is affecting my personal and work life.
What Std's or other infections could i have contacted?
Thanks

ok, just an update.
I got tested for more or less everything and all came back negative, this was after about 95 days, so i was very happy and relieved..
However, since then i had a football tournament and a few days later i went to hospital and got diagnosed with cellulitus on my ankle. I cannot recall getting a hurt during the tournament. The doctor says that cellulitus could've been caused by a number of things (previous injury, infection etc.). My question is could this cellulitius be caused by unprotected oral exposure?
thanks.

usually fungus is what causes discoloration.   totally up to you if you want to just try an otc jock itch cream for a week to see if that helps or not. you've been seen quite a few times and no one takes notice of these spots so it's doubtful it's anything more than that.

really not a lot of benefit from a herpes blood test either to be honest. if you've never been tested before, getting tested at 3 months post encounter tells you little about your hsv1 status from this event. hsv1 genitally was your most likely herpes risk from receiving oral sex and you can only accurately diagnose it with a lesion culture of active symptoms.  Most adults do test + for hsv1 whether they can recall obvious cold sores or not ever which is why a blood test for herpes in this situation only tells you what you have, not where you have it or when you got it. you didn't show any signs of genital herpes either.

So just to update.
My urine sample and chlamydia that the doctor advised to take both came back negative. She briefly looked for symptons of herpes and she seemed happy enough, but she didnt check for too long.
The rash was only my imagination. I have little or no pain on my left testicle, i think i could have felt pain due to the extreme stress, guilt and anxiety i had?
Little parts of my penis head seemed to change to a brownish colour? could this be due to stress, or could it be herpes? i have had no sore or blisters on my penis. is it true that i could have been infected with herpes and no symptons have shown.
I plan to get a herpes blood test when the 90 days has passed.
Thanks.

I had Epididymitis back in my lae twenties after i had a vasectomy and it wasnt related to stds. you will have a decrease in sex drive, your testicles will hurt. I dont know if you have epididymitis  sexually or non sexually but i would get it checked out.

Thanks for the quick reply. It really does help.

One last point i forgot to make,  would epididymitis lessen your sex drive? mine seems to be reduced since i had the pain around the testicle.

I will reply when i get the results back and consult the doctor regarding epididymitis.

Thanks again.

People can get EPIDIDYMITIS without it being a sexual transmitted disease. I would consult with your doctor to see if antibiotics is the way to go.

a rash in your anus could be many things , maybe sweat maybe other factors.

Why dont you just get a full STD workup to see if you got anything.

now the real truth---Unprotected oral sex is very low risk.  you can get herpes, HPV, syphillis and NGU.  The chances you got anything from this exposure is slim.

I have given a urine sample to be analysed and to be tested for chlamydia and am still waiting the results.
I now have less pain around my testicle, but still a slight pain, but now have a strain in my groin when i walk. I have a rash around my anus. (I am not sure if this is due to the heat and sweating or std).
What do you think could be the cause of these symptoms? Could it possibly be herpes?
Just wondering what STD's cannot be picked up in a urine sample?
Could my symptons be epididymitis?
Would it be advisable taking treatment (antibiotics) if the urine sample came negative?
Would this then clear any possible STD,s (chlamydia, gonorrhea etc.)?
I do not want to have sex with my partner as i am scared of infecting her.
Sorry for all the questions, but i am still really freaking out..

you can contract std's from oral but the risk is low. best thing to do at this point is to be seen and get checked out.
