Any high chance of getting an STD?

Had sex with an escort earlier this morning, my radiator was on so we were both sweating, and smooching our body at the same time. In the second round the condom broke whilst I was pushing my penis in her vagina, And i took out my penis quickly without my penis going deep into her vagina. I also spotted some reddish spots at her back and I know it was scabbies. I asked her if she was clean and she said yes and she even phoned her boss for him to confirm it. I sprayed dettol disinfectant spray in the whole room, including my bed and the sofa and had a hot bath with epaderm ointment after she left. Now I'm very scared of getting infected with any STD cos my wife is pregnant and I'm worried I might affect her with something because my body is itching now. Can please tell me what to do and also let me know if you think I will be infected with an STD. Thanks

I can give you testing times:
Gonorrhea and chlamydia-1 week
Syphilis-6 weeks
Herpes-3 months
HIV-3 months

Now if you noticed the condom break right away then you had a very very very very low risk. Your symptom if itching has nothing to do with a STD.
