Strip club painful ejaculation

I went to a trip club two weeks back, the stripper put her hand directly on my penis and stroked it for a few seconds. I felt some maybe precum at the top. Her hand seemed dry but she did touch her vagina a few mins before touching my stick. Of all the men she probably gave a handjob to that night and then touching her vagina I wonder if she could have gave me anything? I noticed itching days later. I put antifungal cream on for a week now and the itching is no more but my new problem is painful urinating only after masturbating, which lasts almost two days. After that it's almost like normal. Until I masturbate again. I went to an online doctor and they gave medicine for UTI. Finished the meds, still the same problem. I went a doctor and got a positive test for UTI, they gave me stronger pills yesterday. What if this doesn't work? What if the UTI test is really showing I have an STD infection?
I got an STD test 6 days after the stripper touched my pole, it was negative. But I was already on STD antibiotics out of fear, so maybe the test in not valid? I haven't have sex with my wife since then and she is becoming suspicious now, I don't want to infect my wife.

There is no risk from a handjob, and certainly not from such a brief touch.

If your UTI doesn't clear, get referred to a urologist. Whatever is happening isn't related.
