Possible Oral Infection?

So I have been having a prostitution addiction and I have been having only unprotected oral sex with them till I came and nothing more. (Male, receiver)

I may have been with about 3 females that I've received unprocted oral from.

Recently I have been feeling discomfort in my penis and a slight burning while urinating. The burning didnt have me worried too much because I've had burning while urinating way before I've even had sex. But just moments ago I've been feeling like something is trying to come out of my penis like discharge or something, so I went to the restroom and took a look at my urethra and saw white looking discharge. I'm also wearing black underwear and I see white spots on them also.

What could this be??

Since you had the burning it sounds like it could be something else. I would recommend seeing a urologist.

So, I went back to my doctor to ask about my negative results and told me that they're were other stds out there that had the same symptoms of chlamydia and gonorrhea that they did not check for.  He was saying that sending me to a urologist would cost a lot of money so instead of doing that he prescribed me for metronidazole and doxycycline hyclate for a week to see if it will go away. My symptoms for whatever I had are now gone.

Everything came back Negative. So now I'm very confused now. I have a follow up appointment tomorrow so that they can examine me and tell me what's going on.

Edit: So i'm afraid that I may have infected my gf with Gon or Chlym since she recently performed oral sex on me. Her throat has been killing her recently and her tonsils have swollen up. That was 2 days after our session.

Now I still do not know if I have it or not but I got tested today for everything at my local clinic.
