Ulcer - inner cheek

I posted recently about having unprotected vaginally oral for 10 seconds with and a escort.

I am currently taking doxy but I have noticed I have a small painless sore? Pretty sure it's from biting because it seems its more of a layer of skin that's peeled off but can't be sure, it's in my inner cheek and I can easily bite the area.

If its a sign of syphilis, could from lip kisses I pass this on to someone...I'm talk pecks and a single smooch on the lips?

You're still taking the doxy?

A syphilis sore would appear at the point of infection - I'd guess on your tongue. It wouldn't be on the inner cheek. I'm sure this is nothing.
