Wart from semen

I have genital warts. I ejaculated on my partner and she decided to swallow the ejaculate. Now I'm concerned she might have oral wart. Is this a possibility?

How long have you had HPV?  HPV is not transmitted via bodily fluid based on my understanding.  It's related to contact like skin to skin.  So, your partner should be fine.

I have had it since 2018. Had it removed by freezing in 2021 and had the wart return last month. Going to have it removed this month.
Will the vaccine help my partner?
With relation to this post, no because they didn't have the risk.  Ask your partner if they've been vaccinated for HPV. Your infection from 2018 would have likely cleared by now.  9 out of 10 times, hpv will go away within two years with no consequences. If you haven't seen a doctor for your latest concern, it may not be what you think. But regardless, your partner would not be at risk for having ingested semen you ejaculated on them. I don't know the age of your partner. The vaccine is best for anyone who is 26 or under. After that, they should talk to their doctor about benefits of having it or not.
