What are risks

I am a married man for 13 years.  In a moment of weakness, I had oral sex with another man.  We did not ejaculate into each other mouth but I did taste pre-cum. About two week later I started getting a discomfort feeling in the end of my penis and urinating more frequemtly. What are my chances of catching something?  I performed oral sex on my wife about a week after but there has been no other sexual contact with her.  I decided to self medicate with 150 mg Doryx twice a day that I had at the house.  Been taking for about six days now.  The discomfort just started to go away today on the sixth day.  Here are my questions:

1.What are my chances that I caught something and what?
2. Could I have gave it to my wife?
3. Will the Doryx clear up anything I could have caught?
4. How long should I keep taking it?
5. When can i resume normal sexual relations with my wife?
6. Am i at risk for HIV?

Sorry for all the questions, but I have anxiety disorder and its been driving me crazy.and thank you for your wonderful service!!!!

... I don't know what to say.

On the lower right hand side of the screen is the "STD RELATED EXPERT forums"
and also there is a fee for that.

Thank you for your response.  I was hoping Dr Hook would answer the one questions.  I tried to put in ask a doctor forums but ended up here somehow.

Hi

You asked what you chances of getting something are: pretty much low chance of getting something from your exposure.

1.Your chances that you caught something is low: they are non-chlamydial NGU, herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis.

2. unlikely.
3. Ask a physician this.
4. Ask a physician this.
5. Any time you'd like.   Its really up to you.
6. NO.

Don't worry about asking all those questions.  I'm starting to believe anxiety is quite a normal feeling when it comes to STDs.
