DST - no doc knows what's going on

Hi doc,

I am a 23 yo guy. I've been completely healthy all my life. I had an unprotected _oral_ and _passive_ sexual contact 4 months ago. A few days after the contact left-side epididymitis and sore throat appeared, as well as a stain in my glans. I went to an urologist, which gave me Levofloxacine thinking it would be an uretritis. A week passed and my internal medicine doctor told me it could be clamydia or gonorrea, and Azitromicin would be better for that case.

I was under Levofloxacine for 2 weeks and I tool 6 pills of Azitromicin. I felt better during the Levo, so my doctor told it could being the solution and gave me 3 weeks more of Levo (5 weeks total). As the symptoms didn't go away, he started to think that other antibiotics would be better. He gave me injectable Rocephin and oral Vibramicin.

During this period (only in the end of each antibiotic phase) I did 4 urine cultures and 3 sperm cultures. Everything was OK. No bacteria found whatsoever. With 2 blood tests we learned that I was HIV free and my liver activity was high (we thought it could be related with the massive dose of antibiotics I took).

The sore throat and the epididymitis (now both-sided) continued up to today. Last week I had a conjunctivitis that remains up. I also felt high discomfort in my chest and abdominal areas.

No one identifies the problem. Can you please help me? I am desperate...

Thanks so much

Yes, I know that scientifically speaking my chances of contracting HIV are 0, but I am asking for help to discover what I have. I have somethin' and I really need to know what.

At this point, with all the pain I fell and with the fact that my eyes are being attacked (I recently had conjuntivitis) and I believe my condition is really bad.

My linphocyte count is low and my neutrophyle count is very high.

I appreciate any help in advance.

I am a male and I had passive and oral sex, i.e., I did nothing but the girl made a fellatio on me. However, it was very very deep, my glans touched on her throat.

I was HIV/Hepatitis tested the day after this contact, to make sure everything was OK, and everything was.

Never made anal sex ever, and I only unprotected vaginal sex I've made was with my ex-girlfriend, more than an year ago.

Thanks for your help, I really appreciate.
