Swollen, redness, itchyness, and red bumps on foreskin?

So about 5 days ago i've had oral sex with a female for the first time. She has had 4 other sexual partners that only one she had sex with & with a condom. But she has also had oral sex with the 4 others. Not recently about 3 years ago, the latest i know she has had oral sex is summer of 2016 which is last year. She hasn't been checked because she said she hasn't had any symptoms. But i am uncircumsized and the head of my penis is very sensitive. I've never done any type of sex before. My foreskin is red and very itchy. I saw 3 little red bumps forming on the inside of the foreskin. And they seem to be causing the itch. When i let go of the foreskin, the spot that the bumps come in contact with the head of my penis is very red. I am scared because this is my first time and i know little about this. I want to know if i have an std or something.

I am not a doctor.  I am just offering advice because no one else has yet.  It could be something simple like irritation, similar to a diaper rash, or heat rash.  But the bottom line is you dont know, and an STD can be passed on by oral sex, I checked.   So if I were you, I would get to a doctor, especially if it seems to be getting worse, not better.  Also, word of advice, dont ever take someones word that they are free of STDs, use condoms until you can provide each other with tests.  For an example, and I am not saying your girl lied to you, but lets say she did and in fact, she had given oral sex to someone else the day before you.  If that person had an STD and did not tell her, she would have no symptoms and still could pass it to you.
