Weird rash in center of scrotum, burning urethra after urination, possible std?

Hello, I've been sexually active with my partner for about a month and a half now. This past Wednesday night we had pretty rough, unprotected vaginal sex, took a shower and went to sleep. Keep in mind, we've been having unprotected sex since we've been seeing each other. About three hours later I woke up and immediately noticed my boxers covered in a sticky substance, and my scrotum was on fire. I went to the restroom and noticed it was extremely red and irritated directly in the center, and after I urinated more clear discharge came out.

Later that day I got checked out(I'm in the military) and they just diagnosed it as irritation from friction. Everything's good right? Wrong, later that afternoon my urethra becomes really red after urinating, with it burning afterwards and more amounts of clear discharge coming out. My urine is darker colored as well. Saturday I went to the ER to get checked out again, got a urine sample and a swab culture done along with two pills and a shot of antibiotics. The ER doc diagnosed it as irritation as well, but couldn't explain the discharge so she tested me just in case. My results should be ready by tomorrow. I'm nervous, all of this was so sudden, not even three hours after sex. Even if my tests are negative, what the hell's going on with me then? Any advice or help would be appreciated.

it can be yeast related. make sure that they also manually examine your prostate too.

both of you need to cover your bases properly with full testing!!!

So the tests came back negative for both gonorrhea and chlamydia, which is a big relief. I went to my regular doc today and told them what was going on and how I tested negative, even though my symptoms still persist. I have another urinalysis first thing in the morning just to make sure. So confusing! Could it be something like male thrush or the male equivalent of a yeast infection?

No we didn't, she hasn't been tested since February and was with one other guy after that before she met me. She hasn't had any symptoms of anything though. I've been with three other girls in the past four months and I've had unprotected sex with all of them. Yeah, it's stupid but none of them had symptoms and had been tested regularly. She isn't experiencing any symptoms, all of this is a shock to her and the fact that we've had sex before with nothing randomly flaring up has us both just stumped.

once you know your test results, you'll have better answers as to what is going on.

did you and your gf get full std testing that included type specific herpes igg blood testing prior to starting to have sex together? best to make sure all the  bases are covered since odds are you haven't both had the whole shebang of testing done.
