Syphilis or 2 month old pimple?

(I try to get rid of the sick fetish which got me into this situation. I know it was stupid beyond believe.)

What I did:
I had sex with a known bareback prostitute at first with condom, last 3 minutes without condom vaginal and anal with ejaculation. Afterwards I washed my penis in the shower.
I wet shaved my genital area including shaft about 1-2 days before. I'm not circumsized.

What happend:
A few days after (maybe 1 or 2) I got two pimples on my shaft. Both 1-2 mm. The lower one disappeared after a week. The higher one is there for 2 months now. It doesnt look like an ulcer and its dry. It was less after first month, but then became more red after a blowjob (because of suction). Today it was slightly white at the top. I popped it. Its like a classic pimple. But for 2 months? Could it be a weird syphilis sore? Or sth else?

Although typically they don't last months. You need to get it looked at and cultured telling your doctor the high risk exposure you had, and have tests run to protect yourself

There's a possibility that it might be herpes. Did you have any other symptoms, like tingling or anything like that around your pubic region and penis?
I would highly recommend going to a clinic or your own Dr to be tested. I know it sounds scary but if you did get something from this girl it needs to be treated by a Dr.

Yes, herpes can show as one sore.
