What's wrong with me?

I just graduated high school and my celebrations got a little out of hand (I'm 19 and male). I had intercourse with 4 women, 3 of which where protected by condoms, and received oral sex from 2 more and made out with another but that was it. All of this happened between June 27th and about July 8th. About July 8th...3 days after the unprotected intercourse with 20 something i met in a bar I got burning, itching, and general discomfort on my penis. A rash started to develop in the week afterward and little red bumps (hardly visible) appeared on the head of my penis. Since then the rashes and burning, pain has gotten gradually worse. I got tested for ghonnarea and chlamydia a week ago and tested negative but took the treatment for both before i got my results bad. The treatment (antibiotics i think) did not help). I would have just assumed i got HSV-2 and went about my life but I have yet to really "break out" in blisters and as of 2 days ago have developed new symptoms. I am getting very tired and weak and have gotten head ache (very uncommon for me). My lymph nodes feel all swollen and painful (especially those in my groin) and my through is stuffed up and achy. my penis still itches (not exacerbated by urination) and i feel weird in my head, kind of dizzy and out of it. Hard to describe but i feel like I'm getting sick with the flu. Also my feces are intermediately green now...even though my diet hasn't changed. I went to get tested for HSV1-2 (IgG), hep b & c, and HIV today but i don't think ill get the results for a couple weeks. I'm very frightened about my new flu like symptoms...what could be causing them? Any input or help would be greatly appreciated...thanks. Oh, i almost forgot...I'm losing my appetite and feel nauseated.

I doubt all of these symptoms are being caused by an std.  Your upper respiratory things are probably a regular old virus, but you should check with your doctor if things don't improve or get worse over the next day or two.

Your genital symptoms are something else, though.  Perhaps you have a fungal infection.  Has anyone examined you to actually see the sore?
