I had a unprotected blow job from a sex worker 3 weeks ago. I now i have mild irritation hours after ejaculation. I have had sex with my wife twice since then. Now today my wife tells my he vagina is itchy. First of I know i made a mistake but what should I be tested for planned parenthood told me syphilis, hep b, gonorrhea, herpes, and hiv. Me nor my wife have any sores or wounds.

today is the 18th day no sores or wounds. My urethra is uncomfortable after ejaculation for week or 2 now. Today my wife is complaining of vaginal itching and burning. I am freaking out its the weekend cant get to a doctor. I also have a uncomfortable lump in my throat for a week now.

Urinalysis clean, rapid plasma clean, hiv 1 and 2 nevative and chlamydia gc not back yet. It has only been 18 days since I had oral what else should I test for. How long should I keep testing. I know I have some type of herpes I've had it for 8 years or so I get one cold sore every few years. I tested positi e for it a long time ago. My wife already knows neither one of us has every had any sores or anything. I've never had any other issue in that regard my doctor said its pointless to test for it. The health department and my doctor did a visual inspection and said they see nothing of note.

HIV has nothing to do with oral sex. Wait for test results to come back and come back on and let me know what they were.

When to doc and heath department today. Health department told me it is likely NGU and gave me medicine on the spot. She told me not to have sex for a week and I should be fine no follow up necessary. After treatment should me and my wife be able to resume normal sex life, no further testing?

Have not got test results back yet. I will wait til i get all y test back first of course. Although hiv test will not mean much 3 weeks post exposure.

Throat has nothing to do with a STD. It's unlikely you got a STD but possible, I don't think your symptoms nor your wifes symptoms has to do with a STD.
But test now for gonorrhea and chlamydia, 6 weeks for syphilis (rare), 3 months for herpes.
