Wound

i actually can't name my problem. it started when i noticed an open wound in my penis at the right side below the sulcus. this wound leaves a mark cause it doesn't heal. it will just dry but leaves a mark which if irritated becomes open again. i don't know if it is STD. and what should i do with it? i can't masturbate (not that i want to) or have sex cause it can easily irritated and becomes open wound. im not that really sexually active. i am also circumcised.

you really should see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and before it goes away. They will be able to take a swab if needed if you go while the sore is there. we can't tell you what it is as we can't diagnose you over the internet.

But if you have had unprotected sex then you should consider full STD testing, whether the sore on your penis is related to an STD we are unable to tell you.

see a Dr, this does not sound like a STD at all.
