spread to another

if someone had molluscum contagiosum in their genital area..and had unprotected sex with a female partner...would she contract the noticable skin bumps from MC being that it is very contagious?

I appreciate your responses. I am taking your advice and im going to see a dermatologist A.S.A.P.  As far as my question on spreading to others, when i see pictures of others Molluscum, it does look similar but not as harsh. It has been there for a while now and was never a concern because I thought they were just shaving bumps (was never on my penis) and when it was a concern I told my gf and she had just got checked and was fine so i tought i was to. I have been having unprotected sex with her for a year now and she was no symptoms of what i have so i am just confused because if it was MC, she was most definately have it. Im hoping it is just a glands problem or something. I decided to go with the dermatologist because would probally know more.

The chance is very high for that to happen.  But as you said in an earlier post, you are not sure if that is what you have.  Really, you need to see a doctor to find out what it is so you can get proper treatment and protect any current and/or future partners.
