penis discharge/faithful/not an std

My husband had a problem trying to urinate this morning and noticed yellowish green stains in his underware.  There is no burning of any kind.  Both of us are completely faithful to each other and have a very active sex life (with each other).  I made an appointment with the urologist this week and everything I read on the internet leads back to STD.  Since I know this is not the case, we are both stumped.  The only thing we can come up with is that a couple weeks ago we drank too much and had anal sex, usually he is very clean in washing himself off, but since we were drunk we just fell asleep.  Could this have any effect on his symptoms now?  Please help!

you can get bacterial infections from anal sex. he definitely needs to see his doctor and get a proper work up done.

The symptoms you describe sound like gonorrhea but only an MD could provide a proper diagnosis. Good luck.
