curious , and havnt had a chance to see a doctor yet,

I have two red bumps that are barely noticeable but are a slightly differnet colour on the inner skin below the glans and befor the outer skin, they dont hurt or itch or are really noticeable one is probably 3 mm in diameter and the other 4mm, and they dont seem like blisters but have the same shape , they also will redden alot more then the surrounding area when there is friction, and they seem to shed a layer of skin off every once and a while, but all together seem harmless im not sure as to what they are possibly hpv or herpes but i am getting concerned because i have been checked in the past about seemingly unrelated marks on the shaft and base of my penis and the doctor told me they were nothing but they seem the same , when sqeezed there is a little bit of fluid secretion but not enough to call it a blister by any means, i will get this checked out by a doctor as soon as i am able to but for the time being if you have any ideas on what it might be i would greatly appreciate it,

There are a variety of potential causes of red bumps: skin irritation, allergy, bacterial or fungal infection. If they don't progress into blisters then it isn't likely to be herpes.
