Skin contact syphilis risk. Questionable sore

Hi there I had an exposure with skin contact only with a guy through mutual masturbationmasturbation 9 days ago. Nothing else but just hand contact with me to his genitals no touching myself with same hand or anything. At that time and also 5 days past I checked and there was no sores or anything. Today exactly 8-9 days after I see a small cut like sore on my hand. It looks likr I had a open cut like the upper skin lifted on top of my hand on my knuckle. Its not really round shaped but still concerned.

Is hand contact possible way of transmission of my hands?

Should I get tested?

Would it hurt if touched with water or I were to press on it if it were a syphilis sore.

I am severely worried please someone help me

There is no worry at all.

What you have is a paranoia over STDs. Well that happens and you can address that if you choose to.

It simply isn't healthy though to even consider embarking on an episode if the consequences are to fuel paranoia.

Just in a day or two the sore almost dissapeared. I guess this shows that this was not a syphilis sore. I used a bandaid on top of it to avoid contact with anyone else. Should I be worried or get tested at all ?

I am not hundred percent sure what the sore could be though. I made contact with palm of my hand only but this is on top of my hand on my knuckles. It does not specifically look like an open sore (not exactly roundish and not wet and looks brownish). The fact that it is on the same hand made me concerned. If it were something else would it get a scab and get covered ? It seems like it started to heal/scab. Even with these facts would you still recommend not worrying about it ? I am scared it might be an std and scared to transmit it as its on my hand easy to make contact with other people
