false positive?

I finally can't stand it anymore.  I went and got bloodwork....hiv, syph, hep b and c. Now...my week long freak out begins.  In scared I am waiting to find out the worst.  My question. ..How common are false positives? Do they really happen as much as i read?

Would test be pretty accurate at 7-8 weeks? All was negative but have been feeling achy and sore and tired lately. Makin my mind wonder again...
