help i dont know what this is
there are these tiny little red dots that dont get bigger or anything unless i get out of the shower. they are no where else bu right underneath my head on the bottom side of my penis. and theres also tiny tiny black dots like 3 of them on one side of penis. I dont know what any of this is. I have alot of blackheads on my face too. its kinda what it looks like. any help?

It could be a lot of different things - bumps have a lot of different causes, some stds, some not.
