Molluscum

I first contracted Molluscum on and around my genitalia a couple of years ago and got it treated right away.  Since the intial treatment I have had reacurring  outbreaks (one or two lesions at the most) maybe three times throughout the years.  Since I contracted it I have slept with a few different women and out of all of them only one has had a serious problem.  She has had cancerous cells show up in her PAP Test and has had the problem taken care of.  However, the cells have come back a couple of times.  I guess my question is, is she having these problems because of me, and if it is because of me, why haven't any of the other girls had problems?  Is there anything I can do about this?

Also, the doctor that treated me told me it would be ok and that no serious problems would come from this.  Was he wrong or could this be all a coincidence?

You could but that too tends to be self limiting and not keeping coming back repeatedly over years.

Is it possible I may also have a strain of HPV?

molluscum is not going to cause abnormal cells on a pap test.

Having MC continue to reoccur as you've described isn't very typical unless you are just that unlucky that you are contracting it multiple times. The next time they are present - see a dermatologist for further work up.
