pressure on testicles

so i just got checked by a doctor,  i had a risky encounter 55 hours before the appointment and after 36 hours i satarted having occasional feeling of light pressure on my testicles and almost a burning but not quite sensation under my foreskin.

Anyway, doctor said that the pressure on the testicles is probably anxiety and that theres nothing under the foreskin, but it might be some yeast.  Doc said the chances of getting anything are very low, maybe gonnorea or chlamydia but its rare in the mouth of a woman.  Also herpes is possible but i would have to be very unlucky.

I was wondering iof anyone had a similar discomfort or diagnosis, or has any opinion on this at all as I'm still quite worried.

thanks,
