Std risk and Anxiety

Hi, I am a South African male who is circumcised and living in South Africa. I have had condom protected sex with 11 escorts and prostitutes, on my latest encounter I had unprotected oral sex (I received) and I also gave (by licking the clitorus but not licking the vaginal opening). I also fingered her vagina without any barrier, after this I had condom protected sex and ejaculated in the condom. Then I had condom protected sex again but when I was pulling out, the condom stayed inside of her, I am unsure as to whether or not it slipped off during intercourse but I pulled out and was not covered. I am going crazy with the thought that I might have contracted hiv or any other std... From what I have described am I at risk of any STDs??

Thank you for your help... One more question, do I need to wait 28 Days to have an Hiv test, as I have already had a Duo 4th Gen Elisa test (for a baseline test)??

The condom protected sex is real low risk for herpes, syphilis and HPV. The oral sex is also low risk for those and gonorrhea and NGU.

Most likely the condom slipped on withdrawl.
