penis color

I had unprotected sex with a lady a year ago. I went and got tested and came back negetive. I sometimes get a tingle of sort from my testicles and have a sore lower back. There is no dripping from penis and no pain urinating or cumming. The head of my penis looks blotchy in color but not sore. Could this be a form of anxiety? Any information will help.

I really hope it is stress. Just weird that the end of my penis looks all blotchy color. Almost going a whitish color. I even noticed a tiny red rash of sorts on the head in 1 small spot. Still no pain at all. I finilly have another app with my dr. on Tuesday. Hope he can ease my mind. Thanks again.

Symptoms of an std would be constant. And after a year, they would be worse than what you are describing.  It sounds like you are correct in thinking your anxiety is causing the occasional tingling.
