please help?

Sorry I'm new to this and not sure if I'm doing this right but hopefully someone can help me out.

I understand that the best way to get answers is to see a doctor but I dont have any crazy thing going on that would help them treat me. i was reading about my white coated tongue when I came accross some possible causes which included herpes, hepatitis and other STD's so naturally i started freaking out.  My last hook was with an unkown partner was 33 days ago in which I had protected sex with.  About 2 weeks later I felt a growing pain like ache in my right leg which only lasted for about one night (started before bed).  I was wondering how long muscle aches last when exposed to herpes virus.  I'd also like to mention I have had some itching in the genital area as well for about 2 weeks  but no warts discharge or anything of that nature.  Any information would be helpful Thanks everyone

1.Does herpes cause muscle aches that may last only one day?
2. is white coated tongue a symptom of herpes?  I got my tongue tested a week ago and it came back negative for oral thrush; however I did brush my tongue real well before going to the doctor (hope that didnt mess the test up).
3. I got a oralquick HIV test 30 days after my last hook up and i was wondering how accurate the test would be because i wasnt sure if i waited wnough time?

I was thinking about something that happened to me about a year ago and i thought i would get an opinion.  After having sex with my girlfriend, about an hour later i felt a real stinging felling in my urethra while trying to pee.  The stinging sensation lasted for about 36 hours or so.  It only hurt when i peed but it was so painful that it was almost unbearable.  I was going to get it checked out however the pain went away rather quickly so i figure i just caused damage to the urethra or something from the sex.  It doesnt sound like an STD to me because it came about so fast and left so soon.  does it sound like i just did some damage to my urethra or something?

Thank you for your help

If you can afford it, its about 75% accurate right now.

would it be stupid to get a herpes specific igg test done just 45 days since my last hook up in which im most concerned about or do i need to wait the 4 months.  I dont want to spend the money if its only 25% accurate at that point however i need to ease my mind and if i could take it i just want to get it over with.  Thanks

This isn't herpes.  Herpes infects nerve groups, and genital herpes infects the sacral ganglia.  This is waist down, so you wouldn't have muscle aches and pains in your arms from herpes.

Today I started experiencing some intense aches in my left arm.  It feels like it starts in my shoulder and extends all the way down to my hand and fingers.  Its pretty painful i suppose and i cant pin point whats causing it. possibly a nerve but I know muscle aches are a sign of herpes which also effects the nervous system.

Considering i have had some pretty unusual muscle aches in my leg, arm and back throughout the past month since my last encounter I'm a little concerned it could be herpes induced.  How long do muscle aches due to herpes last and are they usually in then entire leg/arm?  Thanks ahead of time for the help.
