potential mate with mollescum

I am a healthy male with no history of std. I have gotten involved with a woman who has re-occuring mollescum. We have not had sex or been intimate yet. How long should I wait to have sex with her after her std receeds? Can I get mollescum when her symptoms are not showing?

Thank you. Is there really a way to permanently treat MC? I read on WebMD that there are non-surgical methods/natural cream that will get rid of it? Is this true?

For the most part once as they are gone it is pretty safe to have sex.
I don't know a whole lot about MC so for more info I would suggest having some questions for this woman and see if she has the answers or maybe she can talk to her Dr about it.
