epididymitis but no burn or discharge

Hi,

I have received unprotected oral from a number of women.

I was diagnosed with epipidymitis due to a tender left testicle. I was also prescribed with antibiotics. Also, I gave blood and urine for std screening. Waiting for results.

I had no fever, no discharge, no painful/burning urination symptoms. Basically, all is fine down there except the tender testicle.

What are the chances that it is an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia?

OK just got the results. No STD whatsoever, but doctor says it might need two weeks for the situation to get better. Still aching the same way as it was. I will keep y'all informed.

If you only have epididdy, i.e. no discharge or burn, you are probably STD free.
