Its been about 3 days now and its getting worst, it burns when i urinate and ejaculate and my sperm is changing colors, its getting dark...I also have like little red spots on the head of my penis..  I have been sexually active, but not sure if it can be a STD or something else, please advise....

It sounds like Hemospermia. Its a condition where blood is found within the sperm. It will give semen a brown redish color.  I had a situation once where I had an infection in the epididymis above one of my testicles. It was painful, but it turned out to be caused by a standard urinary track infection. When it finally started to settle down, my semen was redish brown for several ejaculations afterwards.

Now I'm not saying that's what you have, but its something to consider. Here's an interesting article to read:

So just to reiterate...this may or may not be STD related...but it sounds like its well worth checking out.

Are you discharing pus from the tip of your penis? If so, I'd strongly suspect gonorrhea. Burning urination is also a sign of gonorrhea infection. The best thing to do is make and appointment with your doc.. or head down to the local clinic and get tested. Its fast and usually painless. They can test for chlamydia too. If you're having unprotected sex, its a good thing to do.
