ok i had unprotected sex with a prostitute in june of 2007 at first there was a condom used but then she removed it and proceed, that unprotected session lasted all of a min, that same nite i was in a car accident i went home the next day from the hospital, after a few months i stared to feel a burring sensation when i urinated, i went to the doctor and got an std check i didn't check for hiv and the doctor gave me some pills and it cleared up the burring and i had no other symptoms,  now i scared i have hiv i've be having stomach pain and nothing more ive been stressing about this for awhile now  and its killing me i cant sleep at night and my anxiety is causing me problems i really scared to tell anybody and more so to get tested  i dont know what to do i didn't have any other symptoms when i came home i didn't have any aliments when i came home other than the ones sustained from the accident other than that i was fine and it seems the pain only comes when i start to think about it, i drank alot of water and the pain went away its killing me, all i can think is im going to die some one help

you are scared but the best thing to do is to get tested. better to know and treat then to not know at all and infect other people if you did have hiv.

also all hiv questions should be posted in the hiv form.

o yea i think i had a urinary track infection because they only took a urine sample
