tiny bumps, burning sensation

In the last couple of days, i've experienced an acute itching/burning sensation in the foreskin area on the back of my penis. On closer inspection, there appear to be three of four tiny (miniscule) red bumps. I first noticed it after having sex with my girlfriend two days ago. After masturbating last night, the burning senation has become more pronounced, but the bumps are still tiny and almost impercepitble.

Any idea what this might be?

It could also be a fungal infection, something called balanitis.

You do need to follow up with your doc about this.
