Both me and my wife have tested neg for the usual std tests including hiv however I know we are passing something everytime we have sex as we both get symptoms,  mine in testicals and painful behind neck under arms and in groin but no swelling but my wife has two swollen nodes in back of neck, anyone got any ideas what this could be?

you posted previously and stated that you had covered your bases with std testing. why do you still think this is std related?

no std would only cause symptoms every time you have sex. no std would cause the symptoms you are listing.

So are you saying if it was any std or hiv etc there would be swollen nodes somehwere else in the body? My wife has no other symptoms than these two swollen nodes on back of neck, none visible under neck in armpits or groin.  I have had one sore node in armpit which has gone but have got pain under neck back of neck under arms behind knees and in achilles area in feet but cant feel anything. I have had numerous what my gp calls viral infections to the point where it seems he ssys it every other week. Im convinced its sexually related as both our symptoms only flare up 3-4 dsys after sex

The symptoms only flair up after we have had sex im convinced its related. We are both normally healthy until I stupidly had unprotected sex with a girl I know. I had problems within a week of this encounter ie pain in neck, arms and groin was tested for usual and hiv which were neg but again snd I hate myself for it had another encounter since about 14 month ago, are there any infections that only involve swollen lymph nodes in back of neck or would it be generalised swelling?

Hi and welcome. We'd only be guessing. Have you mentioned this to your health care provider. They dont appear std related. STD symptoms would be more a a burning while urinating and a white discharge.
