"Does this change your advice?" No.
That's all for this thread.
I think you should take the good dr's advice and go see a dermatologist.
My last thing I wanted to tell you is that its not just one red dot its about 15 altogether in my armpits and on my shoulders. And that I have been having less saliva in my mouth as usual. This could be from fear though. I also want to point out that this csw did mention something about cystal meth. I dont if she said did it or she was just talking about people she knew. Does this change your advice.
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING,
Aaron
Doesn't change my opinion or advice. Show it to your dermatologist.
Three main points before I respond to the specific questions. First, examination by a health professional, especially a dermatoloist for a skin complaint, is much more reliable than anything an online expert can say based on written description. Since a dermatologist diagnosed erythrasma, as far as I am concerne, that is what you have. Second, you had condom-protected sex, both orally and genitally, so you were not at significant risk for any STD or HIV. There is some theoretical risk of catching something from skin contact above the condom line, but that is rare for any particular exposure. Third, none of your symptoms suggests any STD or HIV -- not even close. To the questions:
1) Zero risk for HIV, and the test result proves you weren't infected. Blood test results ALWAYS are more valid than symptoms in deciding whether someone has HIV.
2) Nearly zero.
3) No. But follow up with the dermatologist if the rash persists or you otherwise remain concerned.
4) You don't need further STD/HIV testing.
5) I haven't a clue what the red dot might be. It doesn't suggest an STD or HIV. Show it to the dermatologist.
Bottom line: You are overracting in a big way to a trivial health issue. Try to mellow out. Rely on your dermatologist. But truly stop worrying about HIV and other STDs.

One more thing I forgot to mention is that I have a small little brown dot on my penis.
Thank you Aaron
