Advice please

I have been on a roller coaster over the last 8 weeks. I came in a guys mouth 8 weeks ago, after giving and recieving hand jobs. I had been feeling run down for the following weeks so went to a GUM doctor, privately at his home. He said no risk of HIV but did blood test, he took a urine sample and a swab from penis. At that stage i had no symptoms. He was able to confirm that both swab and urine tests were clear ( gave me oral antibiotics to be sure)and the HIV test would take a week. A week later he confirmed the test was clear.
At six weeks I had a dull pain in my testicles, not to touch, this got worse over a few days, so went to GP, he said it could be epididymitis and put me on 10 day course of Ciprofloxancin.
Worried, 3 days later I went back to my GUM doc, he said he did not think it was Epididymitis, he did swab and urine test for stds to be sure, both clear again. He told me it was probibly anxiety and I needed to move on.
& days later I had sex with my partner, the next day I thought i found a spot on the inside of my foreskin, i went back to my GUM doc how said It has always been there! I felt so relieved. Over last week though I sarted to get a slight pain in the tip of my penis, this has moved on to a dull pain / sensation, feel the need to pee more often and my testicles also have a dull pain, not sore to touch. I went to GP 2 days ago thinking it was a urine infection but it is not. I am worried it could be more and I have now infected my partner. Could two swab tests at 4 and 6 weeks be wrong? Could anxiety really cause this pain? The pain / sensation is worse as the day goes on, no pain when sleeping. I drive a lot so feel it could be increased by the pressure of sitting? any advice welcome
thankks
